About the post–

POST- Recruitment are looking to hire an experienced CRM Manager for an incredibly well-known B2B brand based in Central London W1D.

You'll be joining a fantastic marketing team who delivers best-in-class marketing campaigns and automated CRM journeys. As CRM Manager you will be an integral part of the team responsible for creating industry-leading marketing campaigns and journeys that leverage the power of an enormous online audience using Adobe Campaign.

  • Developing and managing the end-to-end execution of engaging email campaigns
  • Tracking performance and analysing results to identify and implement opportunities for increasing engagement and conversion rates across the customer journey
  • Building, managing and improving automated customer lifecycle journeys
  • Seeking to improve operational efficiency, helping to move away from manual processes and data transfers through automation
  • Identifying, assessing and prioritising CRM initiatives that help grow the business, delivering value for both the short- and long-term. These projects could be directly CRM-related (a new campaign, a new approach or segment) or in bordering disciplines, such as Customer Experience (how do we best collect data for and surface it to our Sales team)
  • Lead and manage projects you propose from idea to full delivery - collaborating with others in the CRM and neighbouring teams
  • Communicating progress and results regularly with stakeholders across the business, acting as CRM champion

What we need from you–

  • Ideally, you will have 3 + Years of experience as a CRM Executive, Senior CRM Executive, CRM Specialist or CRM Manager within a B2B business or agency
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign, Braze, Salesforce or an equivalent CRM tool
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple live projects and constantly evolving priorities
  • You will have some knowledge of HTML, Javascript & SQL and will want to develop these further
  • Experience delivering on briefs, with the confidence to challenge a brief to get the best results
  • You'll be able to demonstrate ingenious thinking to solve campaign problems

What you’ll get–

  • Up to £50,000 Basic Salary
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Great additional benefits, such as private healthcare
  • Hybrid working available
  • Lots of support to develop your skills and grow within the business
