About the post–

POST- Recruitment are representing a leading Financial Services business in their search for an experienced Credit Transaction Administrator.

Based from our client's flagship office in Wakefield, you'll be responsible for reviewing all proposals and assess clients viability for credit and will have ownership of the process from proposal stage to activation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating credit proposals accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining an excellent understanding of Finance Company preferences and rate structures.
  • Having an understanding of all forms of finance and their structures and how to apply them to specific transactions
  • Guiding colleagues in a commercial manner with regard to large, complex and structured transactions
  • Providing precise information to enable generation of finance documentation and generating finance documentation
  • Providing regular updates/revisions of credit policies each quarter and/or when required.
  • Providing assistance and cover for credit colleagues and sales transactions co-ordinators as and when required
  • Undertaking ad hoc duties as and when requested

What we need from you–

  • Minimum 2 years B2B credit support experience
  • Ability to work efficiently in a highly pressurised environment
  • To be very organised and methodical in approach
  • To have a basic appreciation of company financial statements
  • To be proficient and confident working with numbers
  • To be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
