Due to an internal promotion Post Recruitment Ltd are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager / Personal Assistant to join a multi-million pound property business based in Leeds.
You'll be managing the day-to-day running of the Leeds office and will provide first class professional support to the Regional Heads within the Leeds Development Team.
Approximately 70% of your role will be made up of executive assistant duties and 30% of your role will be office management duties.
Personal Assistant responsibilities:
Fast paced diary management for multiple senior managers - including booking meetings, travel, accommodation, teleconferences, arranging site visits and events.
Office Manager responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of the admin team (4 full time team members), including arranging cover and authorising holidays.
