Strategy Director–

We are seeking a Strategy Director to join a professional services firm and lead a Business Unit who deliver cutting-edge solutions to solve their client's complex challenges.

You'll be part of a Global Team who disrupt conventional thinking and create incredible sessions for their clients, in order to solve complex issues using behavioural science, analytics, technology, and facilitation to break through traditional methods of problem-solving.

You'll need to be a self-starting, confident, engaging and strategic leader and facilitator who relishes a high-profile platform and will be responsible for:

• Influencing and delivering strategic direction for the UK, collaborating with senior sponsors to ensure the business unit delivers for the firm.
• Delivering cutting-edge client offerings, acting as the Lead Designer and Facilitator to ensure high-quality experiences are delivered.
• Growing the Business Unit's reach and impact by effective messaging of the Business Unit's value to the wider business.
• Delivering internal and external marketing campaigns to showcase the Business Unit's offerings.
• Developing the capabilities and infrastructure of the Business Unit to support its ambitious growth plans.
• Recruiting, coaching and developing a high-performing team as the Business Unit Grows.

• You'll be a Strategic Business Leader with demonstrable commercial credibility and experience solving complex challenges.
• You'll relish a high-profile platform and will love taking clients out of their comfort zone by designing and delivering creative experiences.
• Ideally you will be a Behavioural Science enthusiast and will understand how to create compelling narratives.
• You'll be an inspiring leader, taking pride in the development of your team and Business Unit.
• You'll be an experienced workshop designer who can draw upon a wide repertoire of design methods including human interaction, gamification and group dynamics design.

• Basic Salary Negotiable up to £190,000
