POST- Recruitment are seeking a passionate, well-networked Sales Manager to lead our client’s rapid expansion plan into the convenience channel via independent wholesale, vending and food service.
Already a leader in their field, our Leeds based client’s product is recognised and loved by consumers, but there is still incredible growth potential, which is being spearheaded by an expert team and an inspirational Managing Director.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
• Identifying and building a fast-paced strategy to lead the brand in a key growth channel.
• Securing new distribution by delivering compelling brand and consumer/category data presentations.
• Presenting at both senior buyer and independent stores level.
• Building and managing a small field sales exec team, including journey/customer planning, setting KPIs and targets.
- Merchandising and planning at store level.
- Playing a leading role within a strong management team with strong growth aspirations.
