As a Lead Drupal Developer, you will have the freedom to manage your own workload and working environment, ensuring time is given to balance leading the project and hands-on coding. You will be working with a variety of clients including many of the UK’s prominent non-profit and public sector organisations. Their high-calibre technical teams are committed to producing quality solutions and you will play a key role in facilitating their success.

It will be your responsibility to be familiar with principles of modern technical architecture while recognising and delivering technical quality. You will devise technically feasible and efficient solutions that are fit for purpose and budget, with an expectation that will contribute to the estimate process. You will lead a team of developers to deliver quality code efficiently while Troubleshooting technical challenges.
