POST– are recruiting for a 2nd Line Technical Analyst to work for our client who is one of the UK's leading IT Service Providers at the forefront of the industry, delivering cost-effective and innovative IT solutions to businesses across the country.
It will be your main responsibility to provide IT support to their managed services customers. The successful analyst will perform 2nd level technical analysis of systems and service issues as they occur across the managed services customer base. You will then research to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, depending on the complexity of the issue will escalate to a higher-level team member. You will be responsible for assessing the monitoring toolset and recommending and delivering service improvements in line with business requirements.
