About the post–

My client, a cutting edge advertising company are looking to recruit an administrator to their growing team

The main purpose of the role is to provide internal administrative support to the Business to Business (B2B) division.

Key Duties:

  • Book travel and accommodation for our travelling sales teams
  • Order stationary/supplies
  • Organise both internal and external events
  • Produce internal reports for the B2B division
  • Prepare materials for external meetings and events
  • Process sales orders including preparing invoices and taking payments
  • Run KPI progress reports as and when required
  • Develop, set up and maintain the filing and general administration system
  • Front of house/housekeeping duties such as greeting visitors and keeping meeting rooms tidy
  • Cover when required for other administrative staff


What we need from you–

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken
  • Positive approach to problem solving
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Cooperative, helpful and flexible in approach

What you’ll get–

This role is Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm, Salary starting at £15000/£16000.
