About the post–

  • To quote and convert existing vehicle supply customer into orders across vehicle rental, leasing, sales and disposal markets – for both car and LCVs, personal and business.
  • To manage the customer journey and relationship from initial contact through to delivery and in between supply contracts, demonstrating expertise in products offered and maximising the customer retention conversion into new contracts.
  • To enhance customer network and partner relationships to ensure maximum number of referral leads are received for conversion.
  • To order volumes and revenue targets that are set, ranging from (but not limited to) existing clients and self-generated opportunities, including all ancillary products.
  • To have extensive knowledge of all car and LCV products offered across the Rent, Lease, Buy, Sell channels and have strong understanding of the financial criteria set out by all funding options
  • To ensure all target KPI’s are achieved and role expectations are delivered.
  • To proactively encourage and maintain a positive, vibrant and professional environment across all teams and divisions.
  • Ensuring all client and sales opportunity details are input into the CRM system and continually managed, in order that correct data is always in place. Customer communication must be logged in the CRM system to show full history of communication.
  • To maximise the number of leads received through (but not limited to) referral network from our existing customers, introducers, partners, dealers and employees.

What we need from you–

  • 2 years sales experience plus 12 months or more in cars or LCV’s automotive industry
  • Commercially astute with exceptional verbal and written communication plus high attention to accuracy and detail
  • Competent in the use of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • A commitment to be flexible and to go the extra mile with a can-do-attitude.
  • A self-developing individual willing to constantly learn.
  • A persuasive personality that draws people to engage with them
  • Technical knowledge in LCV’s and Car
  • Experience in dealing directly with leasing funders and dealerships

What you’ll get–

£25,000 OTE £60,000- £65,000 per annum

Monday to Friday office hours

25 days plus Bank Holidays
