About the post–

POST Recruitment are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a fast growing business based in Yeadon

The role of Office Administrator sits within the Support Services function and reports to the Global Head of Support Services. The role includes all aspects of office administration and is there to provide necessary support to the business in order to achieve its strategic goals and to help continued improved performance.


Below is a list of some of the key responsibilities which fall into this role.

  • Processing of supplier invoices
  • Customer Account opening and online setup
  • DHL sending
  • Office Screen displays daily update
  • NPS Management
  • Product settings
  • Web ordering
  • Sample Approval Forms
  • Car Fleet Admin.
  • H+S Admin - 15 mins per day
  • QC files

What we need from you–

Below is a list of desired but not compulsory areas of experience.

  • SAP experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Using own initiative to automate tasks where possible to improve efficiency

This position requires various skills and disciplines but Drive, Enthusiasm and a "can "and "will" do attitude is essential. My client is also looking for hard working, loyal, honest and dedicated individuals.
