About the post–

This is a Fantastic opportunity for a talented, energetic, super-organised, multi-tasking office Manager (Flexible hours available).

Duties include:

·Talent acquisition – proactively identifying, making contact with and shortlisting great potential candidates

·Financial admin/credit control (Xero accounting system)

·Updating key company systems/databases (HubSpot / CRM)

·Day-to-day office admin support

What we need from you–

·Arranging travel/accommodation for offsite meetings

·Organising various social activities and team events

·Contributing to social media and other in-house marketing efforts

·General reception duties/answering the telephone

·Greeting and making welcome various visitors

·Meeting prep – including room setup, organising drinks and sourcing snacks and refreshments
