This exciting customer focussed role within our client's Leeds Office and you will be responsible for resolving inbound enquiries from client's corporate customers in the rental sector of the business.
What You'll Be Doing:
·To achieve or exceed contract hire volume targets set out from inbound lead, self-generated and renewal clients.
·To have extensive knowledge of all car and lcv products offered as well as a strong understanding of the financial criteria set out by the funders.
·To ensure all tiered target revenue KPI’s are achieved in both contract hire sales and the associated products including own book sales, maintenance and group business referrals
·Ensuring all new clients are added to the Enquiry Management System (EMS) with full and correct data and the EMS is updated as and when required.
·To ensure clients are provided with quotations that will fulfil the wants and needs ensuring products are duly offered to give the client a full value service.
·Upon the request of the client the finance and order form are send within SLA’s ensuring full and complete information is provided in the first instance and then the finance proposal is reviewed for a sanity check to reduce the risk of funder rejection and request for clarification regarding finance queries.
·A final vehicle order check has been verbally reviewed with the client and supplying exactly what the client is expecting. My client accepts that under exceptional circumstances this will not be possible and therefore the Vehicle Leasing Consultant will have demonstrated that all reasonable care will be taken to ensure client expectations are met.
·Vehicle Leasing Consultants are to make all use of all the provided stock and pricing information provided where possible. The full customer journey is to be explained ensuring a seamless experience of the Contract Hire and Leasing sales and delivery process.
·All training given is to be thoroughly understood, implemented and adopted or a request for further explanation is to be requested to ensure client expectations are excelled and the Group brand is promoted in the market place. It is also essential that the Vehicle Leasing Consultant self invests in their skills and knowledge development.
·Clients are to be kept in regular contact to ensure that the brand remains in forethought whenever a vehicle or service may be considered.
·Sales Team members are to ensure that issues, possible issues and solutions are presented to the Contract Hire Manager or appropriate Manager upon occurrence or the earliest available opportunity ensuring the Group reputation remains in high regard.
·To speak positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products and services to ensure that a professional company image is provided at all times.
·To ensure all customer communication is delivered with accuracy and clarity to reduce errors and complaints
·To ensure all internal communication and reporting is delivered with accuracy and professionalism at all times
