POST- is partnered with an established, leading independent UK payment company, that is looking to hire an Operations Team Executive to form a key part of their operations team.

The role –
- Lead the post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of clients as an account executive.
- Support expansion of client accounts by identifying opportunities, drive business outcomes, ensure clients are provided with support and assistance where required.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating them on e-commerce standards, industry, and regulatory requirements along with offering guidance in other key areas.
- Create and maintain documentation such as process documents and reports to help operationalise team activities.
- Work closely with internal teams including Sales and Risk and Compliance to understand and refine requirements, objectives, and processes to drive strategic solution.
- Principal liaison for clients via all methods of communication, dealing with a variety of requests and help individuals resolve their enquiries in a fair, efficient, and professional manner.
- Monitor and audit client activity on an ongoing basis and contact clients to discuss further.
- Support the team to ensure that performance standards and business objectives are met.
- Maintaining the Operations Culture along with other key business relationships.
