POST Recruitment are working with a Social Performance Marketing Agency based in Leeds in their search for a Paid Media Specialist. The agency are in an exciting period of growth and you’ll be joining an extremely ambitious and talented team. My client works with exciting start up disruptive brands to help them reach their target audience across various digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google.
We are on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Senior PPC & Paid Social Specialist to join our in house team. We are looking for someone who comes from an agency background or who has worked as a specialist in this field. The candidate will have an analytical mindset, be a problem solver and able to switch between tasks for different clients effectively.
The role requires someone who is capable of managing their own time and priorities, responding to client requests at short notice, and carrying out their own research. The successful candidate will also spend time on calls with their clients on a weekly basis. You will be a valued part of a knowledgeable and supportive team, who all possess a strong desire to learn from each other and contribute ideas and development skills in-house to make all our lives easier.
What we need from you–
- Experience building sound marketing strategies for clients.
- Experience setting up and managing PPC campaigns, including Shopping campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platform.
- Experience with Paid Social, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
- Good working knowledge of the standard tools and platforms.
- Over 2 years' experience in a PPC management role, ideally in an agency.
- A strong understanding of all aspects of online marketing.
- A good understanding of attribution modelling.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience using Google Ads automation and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Data Studio reporting.
- TikTok Ads management.

- Salary will range from £28,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience.
