Following a record year of sales, launching a new website and expanding across Amazon globally, we're seeking an experienced and analytically minded Paid Search Manager to help drive forward the ecommerce business and play a fundamental role in the future growth of the organisation.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, and working closely with the full senior team, you will be managing a rapidly growing advertising spend across Amazon, Google and Bing, ensuring that the paid media strategy is implemented, maintained and grown profitably.
A major element of the role is ensuring that the Amazon ad spend is being spent effectively, drilling down on the profitability of the campaigns to make sure that we are not sacrificing margin, while at the same time not hindering our reach.
