About the post–

POST– Recruitment are recruiting for our client, a leader in the automotive industry who specialise in automotive web design, digital marketing, web analytics and optimisation. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for managing the digital marketing activities of their assigned clients. This includes arranging timely reporting and customer updates as well as maintaining and developing the company’s relationship with the clients.

We are looking for an extremely analytical individual who is highly self-motivated that will help build marketing strategies and contribute to growth of our business.

This is a multi-channel role; however, the specialist is expected to lead the development of SEO and PPC teams.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing and implementing SEO and PPC strategies to maximise website performance.
  • Managing paid digital campaigns to maximise client ROAS/ROI.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Assisting account managers and sales in meetings and discussions where technical expertise is required.
  • Production of reports.
  • Contributing to the growth of the company’s capabilities and knowledge.
  • Contributing to proposal development.
  • Knowledge of devising and implementing CRO strategies would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Social Media advertising would be an advantage, but not essential.

What we need from you–

  • Google Analytics IQ
  • Search Advertising
  • PPC Campaigns 
  • Display advertising
  • Expertise with SEO tools including SEMRush, Screaming Frog as well as Google Search Console and Analytics.
  • Experience in developing and delivering SEO strategies, both on-site and off-site.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge and experience of managing paid advertising campaigns via Google/Bing.
  • Knowledge and experience of managing campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager
  • Knowledge and experience of Tag Manager
  • Keeps up to date with industry developments.
  • Keeps up to date with standard qualifications.
  • Experience with delivering internal and external training to develop company knowledge.
  • Plans campaign activities and liaises with internal departments to see things through.
  • Contributes to strategic debate.
  • Presents advice on behalf of the company as an expert in an ethical and expert way.
  • Builds relationships with clients through the right advice and strategy
  • Contributes to other campaigns not just their own.
  • Assists in upskilling team mates and being a thought leader within the company.
