About the post–

POST- are looking to hire experienced Customer Service Executives for an incredibly successful market-leader.

What you’ll be doing as a Customer Service Executive:

  • Progressing applications for prospective tenants and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
  • Making phone calls consistently throughout the day and sending emails to chase responses from applicants, landlords, employers, and any other relevant referees.
  • Educating tenants and their referees on the requirements in order to establish affordability and suitability for a property and assisting them in how to provide.
  • Taking phone calls and assessing emails to update applications and our customers of progress.
  • Completing detailed and accurate final reports to reflect all investigations to make recommendations to our clients based on information gathered.
  • Achieving targets and KPI’s surrounding inbound calls, email turnaround time and finishing final reports.

  • Can be adaptable to business developments and customer needs.
