Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking for a change of direction and a move into account management and / or business development?
If you are passionate about developing long-term relationships with clients and are excited by the prospect of a fresh challenge, then this is the role for you.
We are searching for ambitious and professional individuals to join an FMCG company in a new role as an Account Manager or Business Developer. The successful candidate will be joining a highly-reputable and established company with an excellent track record of success.
The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, helping to identify and develop new business opportunities and providing support to the team.
You will have the opportunity to work on projects that involve the development of marketing materials and campaigns, as well as sales presentations. You will be responsible for the implementation of strategies designed to increase business revenue and growth.
The role also involves working closely with other departments including sales, marketing, finance and customer services. You will be required to attend client meetings and provide advice and guidance on how to best use our services and products.
What we need from you–
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, account management or business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
• Knowledge of the FMCG industry preferable
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in using Microsoft Office and other software applications
