As a Hebrew-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support and assistance. You’ll handle queries via phone, email, and chat, helping with account issues, missing parcel tracking, and general inquiries. This is a fast-paced role, ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who thrives on providing first-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
  • Assist with account issues, order tracking, and general customer inquiries.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Use active listening and problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively.
  • Focus purely on customer satisfaction—no sales targets involved!

What we need from you–

  • Experience in customer service, ideally in a contact centre or customer-facing role.
  • Fluent in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
  • Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Training Details

📅 Start Date: Monday 24th March 2025
📍 Training: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (on-site training mandatory until Friday 18th April 2025).

Available Shifts (36 hours per week):

  • Option 1: Monday to Thursday, 6am – 2pm & Sunday, 6am – 2pm
  • Option 2: Monday to Thursday, 11am – 7pm & Sunday, 10am – 6pm
