About the post–

POST– Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organisation that provides specialist support services for women across West Yorkshire. Our client is looking for a Manager to lead and develop multiple service centres, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed support is delivered effectively.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader with a background in managing frontline support services. You will be responsible for overseeing service delivery across multiple locations, managing a team of Centre Managers, and ensuring contract performance and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee multiple service centres, ensuring high standards of support.
  • Manage teams effectively, providing leadership, supervision, and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and best practices.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including funders and commissioners.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and reporting as required.
  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support service growth.

What we need from you–

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in leadership roles within support services, charities, or public sector organisations.
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Experience managing contracts, budgets, and service performance.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A commitment to empowering and supporting women in vulnerable situations.

What you’ll get–

  • Location: Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, West Yorkshire
  • Salary: £39,375 – £40,425
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Hours: 37 hours per week
  • Leave: 25 days + bank holidays, increasing annually to a maximum of 30 days
  • Sector: Charity / Not-for-Profit / Community Services
