POST recruitment are recruiting an Operations and Fulfilment Manager for an Omni Channel retail business in Harrogate.

This hands-on role puts you at the heart of the UK operations and global logistics, ensuring that our client’s products are delivered seamlessly to customers and distributors worldwide.
As a key player in a small but high-performing team, you’ll drive operational excellence across supply chain management, inventory control, and order fulfilment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction, efficiency, and growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Supply Chain: Manage relationships with overseas vendors, ensuring timely orders and on-schedule deliveries to keep our pipeline moving.
- Streamline International Logistics: Collaborate with freight providers to deliver goods quickly and cost-effectively to a global audience.
- Oversee Order Fulfilment: Lead the UK B2B and B2C fulfilment processes, working closely with 3PL partners to ensure every order is accurate and delivered on time.
- Control Inventory: Implement smart inventory management processes, aligning stock with customer demand and minimising waste.
- Leverage Data: Track key metrics like costs, accuracy, and productivity. Turn insights into actionable strategies to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Think Strategically: Help shape and execute strategies to optimise operations and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Manage Budgets: Contribute to budget planning and monitor financial aspects of supply chain and fulfilment operations.
- Solve Problems: Tackle escalated issues, identify process bottlenecks, and develop innovative solutions that drive results.
What we need from you–
- Experience: Logistics, supply chain, or operations, ideally within a 3PL or international business setting.
- Results-Driven: A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data skills with the ability to turn numbers into impactful insights.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with relevant software tools and systems.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with teams, partners, and stakeholders.
