Are you a performance-driven digital marketer who thrives on generating quality B2B leads through smart strategy, data-led decisions, and punchy campaigns?

We’re working with a fast-scaling, international tech business based in Leeds that’s making serious waves in the tech and SaaS space. With ambitious growth plans across the UK, US, and Canada, they’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead their paid media efforts and play a pivotal role in driving global demand.

This is your chance to own the paid search and digital advertising strategy for a well-established yet evolving tech company, where your input directly impacts the sales funnel. You’ll work with a £100k+ global monthly ad budget, shape multi-market PPC campaigns, and collaborate closely with commercial teams to ensure leads are high-intent and ready to convert.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Take the lead on paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms – UK, US, and Canada.
  • Manage campaigns for a suite of tech products, optimising for high-quality B2B lead gen.
  • Use CRO principles to develop and test high-converting landing pages.
  • Run regular A/B testing, bid strategy adjustments, and performance tuning to optimise ROI.
  • Deliver insightful reporting using GA4, Tag Manager, and attribution tools – tracking from click to conversion.
  • Liaise with sales and product teams to ensure messaging hits pain points and delivers value.
  • Constantly iterate using data and market insight to increase lead quality and reduce CAC.

What we need from you–

  • 3+ years’ hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with monthly budgets of £20k+.
  • Proven ability to drive B2B leads in competitive sectors.
  • Deep understanding of PPC platforms (especially Google Ads), with strong knowledge of search, display, and remarketing strategies.
  • Experience using tools like SEMrush, Unbounce, GA4, Tag Manager, and marketing CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, or Salesforce).
  • Data-led mindset with strong analysis and reporting skills.
  • A track record of optimising for conversions across multiple markets and products.
