Salary: £14 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday Day Shift (38 hours per week)

Overview:
A successful and growing business in Leeds is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations. Managing a team of pickers, packers, and order processors, the Warehouse Team Leader will ensure all customer orders are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for people management, shift planning, and workflow coordination. The Warehouse Team Leader will play a key role in maintaining standards, driving performance, and keeping the warehouse running smoothly.
If you’ve worked as a Warehouse Supervisor, Shift Manager, or Warehouse Team Leader, and you’re looking to step up, this could be the perfect opportunity.
What we need from you–
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of approximately 30 warehouse operatives across picking, packing, and processing functions.
- Oversee daily shift operations to meet performance, accuracy, and dispatch targets.
- Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient working environment at all times.
- Manage attendance, performance, and conduct – resolving issues promptly and fairly.
- Deliver regular team briefings and handovers between shifts.
- Identify training needs and coach team members to improve skills and efficiency.
- Report key metrics and operational updates to senior management.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or Shift Manager within a busy warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment setting.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to lead by example.
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems and health & safety best practice.
