POST is recruiting for an IT Support Technician to work for our client who is one of the UK's leading vendors and distributors of the best quality IT products.
They are a well-established organisation so they require a driven and self-motivated IT Support Technician to join their busy IT team.
There are two key elements to this role - One is the customer support side, where good communication skills and enthusiasm will be required when liaising with staff, and ideally, you will have already worked in a client-facing environment. The other key element is the technical side, where a broad range of technical skills will be required to manage the infrastructure on a daily basis.
