They're looking to recruit a technology enthusiast who loves dealing with people, and can help them to deliver exceptional support experiences for the growing community of people using their flagship technology product.
Based at their offices in Leeds, the successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering an ecosystem of support materials and inspiring content for their users, including written guides, tutorial videos, podcasts and blogs.
The candidate will oversee the management of the online helpdesk and live chat facilities, as well as the user-facing social media accounts.
While no specific experience is required, we are hoping to hear from creative individuals with some experience working in a customer services environment, with excellent communication and problem solving skills, looking to make a career in the world of technology.
