Overall Job Purpose

To provide admin support to the central reservations team. Reporting directly to the Central Reservations Manager. You will be part of a small team responsible for all administration tasks supporting the Central Reservations team. This includes invoicing our corporate clients, extending leases, dealing with off hires, maintaining daily booking sheets and emailing correspondence to clients in line with company policies and procedures. Some telephone support may be required to provide cover on the team.


  • Completing daily corporate invoicing and ensuring the invoicing is kept up to date.
  • Extending corporate bookings on the system, and dealing with daily off hires
  • Maintaining the daily bookings sheets
  • Creating fuel reports from information on the database
  • Ensure 84 day closedowns are completed in line with company policy.
  • Any other admin support as requested by the Central Reservations Team.

What we need from you–

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Teamplayer but able to work from own initiative.
  • Working with a busy sales environment.
