POST- recruitment are recruiting for a Business Development Executive for a market leading technology firm, that is moving from start up, to scale up plans.

As part of an exciting and ambitious expansion plan, the business is looking to recruit a Business Developement Executive to generate qualified business leads and support the senior sales team in turning those leads into deals.
- Generating business leads using telephone, email and LinkedIn activity.
- Identifying new prospects, researching and outbound B2B calling.
- Setting appointments for the Sales team.
- Delivering product based presentations to Prospective and Existing customers.
- Supporting the Sales Managers in turning leads into deals.
- Working closely with the marketing team to capitalise on the latest content they create.
- Using & distributing the feedback they receive from their conversations with the market to inform the wider business on product & strategy decisions.
- Researching competitors, recording capabilities and detailing changes in the marketplace.
- Ensuring that all internal systems are maintained and correct with accurate data.
- Achieving personal targets.
- 2-3 years working within a Business Development, Telemarketing or Telesales environment.
- Passion - a genuine love of chasing down & engaging prospects on the telephone.
- Tech Understanding - having a broad overview of and be interested in how a tech platform works thus being able to differentiate between our client and the competition.
- Discipline - Able to work independently and maintain self-discipline in an autonomous environment.
- Creativity - the ability to trial different approaches with prospects to see what works best for the multiple different segments you will be approaching.
- An interest in the consumer goods sector would be a benefit.
