About the post–
POST- Recruitment are looking to hire an experienced CRM Manager for an incredibly well-known B2B brand based in Central London W1D.
You'll be joining a fantastic marketing team who delivers best-in-class marketing campaigns and automated CRM journeys. As CRM Manager you will be an integral part of the team responsible for creating industry-leading marketing campaigns and journeys that leverage the power of an enormous online audience using Adobe Campaign.
- Developing and managing the end-to-end execution of engaging email campaigns
- Tracking performance and analysing results to identify and implement opportunities for increasing engagement and conversion rates across the customer journey
- Building, managing and improving automated customer lifecycle journeys
- Seeking to improve operational efficiency, helping to move away from manual processes and data transfers through automation
- Identifying, assessing and prioritising CRM initiatives that help grow the business, delivering value for both the short- and long-term. These projects could be directly CRM-related (a new campaign, a new approach or segment) or in bordering disciplines, such as Customer Experience (how do we best collect data for and surface it to our Sales team)
- Lead and manage projects you propose from idea to full delivery - collaborating with others in the CRM and neighbouring teams
- Communicating progress and results regularly with stakeholders across the business, acting as CRM champion
What we need from you–
- Ideally, you will have 3 + Years of experience as a CRM Executive, Senior CRM Executive, CRM Specialist or CRM Manager within a B2B business or agency
- Experience with Adobe Campaign, Braze, Salesforce or an equivalent CRM tool
- You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple live projects and constantly evolving priorities
- You will have some knowledge of HTML, Javascript & SQL and will want to develop these further
- Experience delivering on briefs, with the confidence to challenge a brief to get the best results
- You'll be able to demonstrate ingenious thinking to solve campaign problems
