About the post–

POST– Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join our client’s expanding in-house Marketing Team in Leeds.

This is a highly flexible hybrid role, working on average 1day a week in the Leeds City Centre Office.

This role would really suit an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Account Director from an independent to mid-size full-service marketing agency, looking for their first move in-house.


They have a fun, creative culture, very similar to a full-service marketing agency, but will all the benefits of an in-house role, where you see the results of your hard work first hand.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a conduit between the in-house marketing and stakeholders from across the wider business
  • Delivering impactful campaigns and creative solutions that will excite the business and the intended audience
  • Taking ownership of projects, marketing activities and campaigns
  • Assisting in the coaching and development of junior marketing project coordinators
  • Creating and owning campaign and project plans
  • Keeping senior internal stakeholders up to date on project progress, opportunities and challenges
  • Liaising with specialist suppliers and in-house specialists responsible for specific deliverables
  • Tracking key performance indicators and OKRs
  • Post campaign reporting and debriefs
  • Budget and risk management
  • Briefing CRM specialists and assisting in the creation of target client lists for each campaign

What we need from you–

  • 3 + years as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Account Director within an agency environment, ideally integrated, CRM or creative
  • Excellent campaign and project management skills
  • You’ll be confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with a CRM such as Braze, Salesforce or Adobe Campaign would be a benefit but is not essential
  • Experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels, including email, web content, social media and events
  • Solid presentation and communication skills
