Technical CRM Specialist–

POST- Recruitment are exclusively partnering with a market-leading online platform in their search for an experienced Technical CRM Specialist. Their office is based in Central London, but you will be able to work remotely 3 days per week, with 2 days in the office.

What you'll be doing as a Technical CRM Specialist:

• Work closely with the CRM team, technical teams, data insight team and the trade marketing team, you’ll be responsible for the deployment and execution of journeys and ad hoc digital campaigns
• Challenge and optimise communication briefs and spot opportunities to increase conversion ongoing
• Create segments and workflows for automated and ad hoc campaign activity
• Ensure our client's audience is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
• Code emails and set up content blocks within Adobe Campaign based on the content and brief provided
• Carry out rigorous testing and validate queries to ensure the highest quality and most effective delivery of campaigns
• Understand our client's data model to ensure that campaigns are delivered effectively and work with our client's CRM Team and technical support team to improve and enrich the data available in Adobe Campaign
• Deliver on a brief - and that might mean challenging it to get better results
• Demonstrate the impact you’ve made by measuring results and reporting on the key metrics for your campaigns. You’ll know what success looks like before you even start
• Manage projects and stakeholders to help the business to deliver the best support to help our client's customers grow and support our client's sales efforts

• 3 + Years in a fast-paced CRM Specialist, Senior CRM Executive or equivalent role
• Experience with a scaled email platform like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce or Braze
• An understanding of data models
• Experience owning multiple projects at one time, shifting focus and changing priorities to deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Experience planning a project from end to end without breaking a sweat, easily dividing big goals into small steps and hitting every deadline.
• Finding efficiencies and better ways of working. You aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
• Spotting errors and troubleshooting. You work a spreadsheet line by line and don’t let a detail pass you by.
• Building on a good foundation of HTML, Javascript & SQL. You’re working toward becoming an expert if you’re not already

• Up to £60,000 Basic Salary
