About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for training and upskilling clients, ensuring they maximise the benefits of our cutting-edge SaaS platform. Your role will involve daily client interactions via calls, emails, and meetings, providing top-tier customer support while identifying opportunities for growth and product cross-selling.
You will play a key role in driving digital change within the conveyancing sector, ensuring seamless client experiences and resolving any issues by collaborating with internal teams. If you have a passion for building relationships and delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively train and support clients on all aspects of our systems to ensure smooth integration and adoption.
- Regularly engage with clients to showcase the benefits of our cutting-edge SaaS platform and drive product usage.
- Identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling through account monitoring and relationship management.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure any client issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent client communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
What we need from you–
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for client success.
- Enthusiastic and results-driven approach with a talent for multitasking.
- Experience in training, sales, or account management.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge or interest in the legal and conveyancing sector is advantageous.
- 6-12 months of experience in a similar Account Manager role would be beneficial.
