The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in managing inbound leads, progressing them through the sales funnel, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and client service teams. You will be responsible for CRM management, sales reporting, and client engagement, ensuring a seamless sales process from initial inquiry to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Conversion – Manage inbound leads, nurture relationships, and drive sales from inquiry to closure.
  • Sales Process Coordination – Work collaboratively across teams to ensure streamlined communication and execution of sales strategies.
  • CRM Management – Maintain and update the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring accurate lead tracking and reporting.
  • Sales Reporting – Analyse sales data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Partner with marketing to develop targeted sales materials and content.
  • Industry Insights – Keep up to date with market trends to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations – Prepare and deliver tailored presentations for prospective clients and industry events.
  • Client Interaction – Act as the main point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a smooth decision-making process.

What we need from you–

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in a consultative or tech-driven environment.
